RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return of your item.
  • Nezha is not able to process size exchanges. Please request a store credit then use this to place a new order.
  • No returns or exchanges on items from the SALES category
  • All items purchased with a promotional sale code can be returned for a store credit.
  • Returned items must be neatly packaged in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted. Gift Cards may not be returned.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that the original shipping costs you paid for your order are non-refundable.

How to make a return:

  1. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your items to request a return. However, return requests made after this period will not be accepted. It is important to note that Nezha reserves the right to refuse any return request deemed unreasonable.
  2. To process your return request, you must send an email to [email protected] meant for that purpose. Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading. Tell us the item that you would like to return and why so that we can process your request efficiently. Let us know if you would like to return for a refund or a store credit.
  3. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with information and instructions on where to send your Nezha item. Returns must be received within 14 days from when you received returning instructions.
  4. Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility. It's recommended to use a traceable postal service as return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by Nezha. It is important to note that we do not accept returns via Pickup point.
  5. Please package items to be returned in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and stain-free condition with all original tags attached and folded properly in their original packaging.
  6. Once the package has been returned in good condition and complies with our returns policy above, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 14 days to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
